In each country, only one company is a member and shareholder. For example, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg it is WISAG, in Belgium it is IRIS or in the Netherlands it is Dolmans. OKIN Facility has been a proud member of the ECS since 2008 in all the countries in which it operates and benefits from this membership.
The clients of ECS are often multinational companies with, for example, manufacturing plants or offices in various European countries. It would be time-consuming and costly for them to run tenders for facility service providers in each country separately. Therefore, they approach ECS directly, which delivers a tailor-made solution for all the required locations thanks to the above mentioned partners. The multinational client therefore has one negotiating partner, namely ECS.
Another benefit of membership is the sharing of knowledge and best practices between member companies in different countries. For example, if we get a request for train cleaning, which we have not done before, then we can turn to a partner company in Sweden, where they have had this experience for a long time and can help us with calculations and quotations. We can also send our engineer or cost estimator to Sweden to see for himself how the service is carried out and calculated.
